Help Others & Earn More

We have set up the HCRC Referral Rewards Program to say thank you with money for referrals that you contribute.  Not only might you help a friend, colleague or acquaintance accelerate their career and/or fix some issues that they might be having with their current employment, but you can earn up to $1000 in cash for your referral.

Terms:

• $1000.00 if the candidate is not known to us at all and we place that candidate within 90 days.
  • $500.00, if the candidate is placed between 91-180 days from referral.
  • $250.00 if the candidate is placed between 181 days and one year.
• $500.00 if you refer a candidate that is already in our database, but that we are not actively contacting about a job on our “Job Openings” page and said candidate is placed within 90 days.
  • $250 if the candidate is placed between 91-180 days.
  • $125 if the candidate is placed between 181 days and one year.

Referral rewards are usually paid within 90 days of a candidate's start date, but will be dependent on when HCRC, Inc. is paid in full by the company that the referred candidate is placed at. Once HCRC, Inc. is paid in full, those who submitted referrals will be paid within 30 days.
