As the COO plans for retirement, Macro-Z Technology is looking for a visionary leader to step into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This unique position offers tremendous growth potential, including the ability to transition into a President/CEO position and potential equity ownership as part of a long-term succession plan.
π Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of operations for Macro-Z Technology and parallel businesses.
- Contribute to strategic planning, drive growth, and position the company for long-term success.
Team Oversight & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of 6 Project Managers (PMs) and 6 Project Engineers (PEs), along with support staff.
- Conduct monthly project reviews and bi-weekly staff meetings with project management teams.
- Collaborate with the CFO and other key departments.
Project & Operational Management:
- Ensure projects adhere to high safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Oversee submittals, environmental plans, quality control (QC), site safety, and project supervision across all project sizes.
- Cultural Development Initiatives:
- Lead professional development programs and foster a positive company culture.
- Encourage collaboration, innovation, and team growth throughout the organization.
