These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://hcrc.us/ (the "Website") and the services offered by Heavy Civil Resource Consultants, operated by HCRC Inc. ("HCRC," "we," "us," or "our"), including our recruiting services and text messaging program. By using the Website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Our Services
HCRC provides recruiting and staffing consulting services for the heavy civil, construction, and related industries. Through the Website you can learn about our services, submit inquiries, submit job applications, and request to receive text messages from us. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee a job interview, placement, or employment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or to submit a job application. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can legally enter into these Terms.
4. Information You Provide
You agree that the information you give us, including in applications and forms, is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will update it if it changes. You may only submit information about yourself, or about others with their permission. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name and description. HCRC Customer Care Text Messages. If you opt in, HCRC Inc. will send you customer-care text messages about your inquiries, applications, interviews, scheduling, and related customer-care communications.
Consent. By checking the consent box on our opt-in form at https://hcrc.us/sms-opt-in/ and submitting your mobile phone number, you agree to receive these text messages, which may be sent using an automated system, at the number you provided. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any other service from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.
How to opt out. You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. If you want to rejoin, sign up again using our opt-in form.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@hcrc.us or (877) 674-4272.
Supported carriers and liability. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Changing your number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please tell us or reply STOP from the old number so that the number can be removed and does not reach a new owner.
Privacy. Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates a law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers, or its security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or to other users' information
- Use automated tools, such as bots or scrapers, to collect data from the Website without our written permission
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code

The Website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCRC Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Website or services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
